A leading construction subcontractor is seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Advisor to join their team. This is a hands-on role, supporting multiple projects across the West Midlands. The company prides itself on delivering projects to the highest standards, with health and safety at the heart of everything they do.

The Role

• Provide health and safety support across live construction projects
• Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Work closely with site teams and subcontractors to drive a positive safety culture
• Ensure compliance with current legislation, company policies and procedures
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and training where required
• Support the implementation of HSE initiatives and continuous improvement programmes

The Person

• Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor within the construction industry
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) is essential
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage teams on site
• Proactive approach with a passion for promoting best practice in safety
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
